Requirements
- Ability to work or relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
- A baccalaureate degree
- 1+ years of high-volume recruitment coordination experience
- A foundational understanding of recruiting principles
- An intuitive ability to build strong, positive relationships within diverse groups
- Desire to work in a fast-growing and vibrant environment; passionate about getting into the details to ensure success
- A genuine teammate with a strong desire to help others and build memorable experiences
- Sound sense of logistics and operations, balanced with flexibility and understanding
- High sense of accountability and responsibility
- Stellar attention to detail, time management, and organization skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle problems without sacrificing quality of work
- A can-do, team mentality -- no task is too small, and you're willing to jump in when needed!
- Proficiency in G-Suite, applicant tracking systems, video conferencing technologies, calendar management
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, as needed
- A valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift 20 lbs, as needed for recruiting events
- Prior experience in a fast growth environments
- Experience bringing organization to teams and streamlining processes within organizations
- Experience using Slack, Greenhouse, Textio, and Gem
- An understanding of recruiting standards and processes, as well as basic Marketing principles
- An impressive Duolingo streak
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Recruiters, Coordinators, and Hiring Managers to provide a top-notch candidate experience
- Serve as point of contact for candidates; own candidate interview logistics and candidate travel; collaborate closely with global locations
- Handle candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system with timeliness and high precision
- Participate in identifying, engaging, and interviewing top talent around the world
- Take part in extending offers and closing candidates
- Host and set up candidates for success their interviews
- Uphold and share the Duolingo culture and brand, throughout entire interview process
- Be the ambassador of creating memorable candidate experiences
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
