  • Experience bringing organization to teams and streamlining processes within organizations
  • Experience using Slack, Greenhouse, Textio, and Gem
  • An understanding of recruiting standards and processes, as well as basic Marketing principles
  • An impressive Duolingo streak
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Coordinators, and Hiring Managers to provide a top-notch candidate experience
  • Serve as point of contact for candidates; own candidate interview logistics and candidate travel; collaborate closely with global locations
  • Handle candidate statuses in the applicant tracking system with timeliness and high precision
  • Participate in identifying, engaging, and interviewing top talent around the world
  • Take part in extending offers and closing candidates
  • Host and set up candidates for success their interviews
  • Uphold and share the Duolingo culture and brand, throughout entire interview process
  • Be the ambassador of creating memorable candidate experiences
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
