Job Description:
Dynamo Technologies LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager to provide comprehensive support to ACC A2 staff in planning, analysis, functional expertise, and management across various tools and platforms. This role involves collaborating with ACC A2 personnel to ensure efficient operations and effective decision-making processes.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Utilize Tools and Systems: Leverage Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System, Unit Manning Documentation, Air Force Evaluation Management System, Task Management Tool (TMT), EPMS, and other online tools as necessary for supporting ACC A2 activities.
- Staff Package Coordination: Work closely with the Government to track and coordinate staff packages throughout ACC, subordinate units, other MAJCOMs, and Headquarters Air Force using TMT, EPMS, or similar tools.
- Administrative Support: Accomplish administrative and support staffing functions across ACC and ACC A2 to facilitate actions and decisions by ACC A2 and ACC staff for supported programs.
- Advisor to Management: Act as an advisor to mid-level management and above to fulfill command and control (C2) oversight for taskings, coordination, and scheduling of distinguished visitors and external agencies.
- Prepare Documents and Briefings: Prepare staff packages, emails, briefings, bullet-background papers (BBP), and other reference materials according to HQ ACC standards and formats.
- Tasker Management: Receive and correlate staff inputs for taskers, Requests for Information (RFIs), and other staff data calls to support ACC A2 Division and Branch tasks.
- Meeting and Event Coordination: Schedule, set up, and execute meetings, VTCs, and other forums as necessary for ACC A2 Division and Branch personnel and leadership. Organize official/semi-official events and manage conference room availability.
- Correspondence and Records Management: Prepare, process, and staff ACC A2 correspondence, awards, decorations, assessments, training actions, and travel orders using appropriate online tools and applications. Manage electronic records and serve as the point of contact for records file plan.
- Analytical Support: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and program evaluations for leadership, providing insights for initiatives, policies, and plans improvement.
- Calendar Maintenance: Maintain Division calendars to ensure organization and efficiency in scheduling and task management.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Suite, SharePoint, Defense Travel System (DTS), Unit Manning Documentation, Air Force Evaluation Management System, Task Management Tool (TMT), and other online administrative, scheduling, and collaboration tools is mandatory.
Nice To Have Skills
- Highly desirable to have experience at the Headquarters Air Force (HAF), Major Command (MAJCOM), or Numbered Air Force (NAF) level with staff operations, Air Force intelligence enterprise management, and financial management.
- Experience with United States Air Force (USAF) unit program management and coordination is highly valued.
Education and Experience:
- Four years of professional experience
- Associate degree in related field preferred.
