Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the digital procurement strategy, ensuring scalability and alignment with overarching organizational goals.
  • Lead market intelligence initiatives and technology assessments (e.g., AI-enabled sourcing platforms, supplier risk management systems) to identify and implement innovative procurement tools.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and standardization of procurement technologies (e.g., e-sourcing platforms, contract management tools), ensuring alignment with internal compliance and data governance policies.
  • Oversee the Procurement PMO, managing project pipelines, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio-level financial tracking to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain robust project governance methodologies, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to measure on-time delivery, cost savings, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Implement data visualization dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for real-time reporting on project progress, spend analytics, supplier performance, and productivity metrics.
  • Champion the integration of AI-driven procurement solutions, including automated spend classification, supplier scoring, and predictive analytics, to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Develop and present data-backed business cases for digital procurement investments, quantifying cost savings, risk reduction, and productivity gains.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies that include clear escalation paths, contingency planning, and scenario analyses.
  • Lead comprehensive change management initiatives—such as stakeholder training, communication plans, and adoption metrics—to ensure smooth transitions to new tools and workflows.
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Compliance, and Legal teams to integrate procurement systems, ensure data integrity, and maintain audit readiness.
  • Align procurement processes with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and supplier risk management standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, using data-driven insights to influence decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
