CitrusAd provides e-commerce retailers with a SaaS digital advertising platform that unleashes the potential of an online shelf space. Through its white-label Retail Media Platform, CitrusAd empowers retailers to monetize their site traffic using personalized advertisement solutions including Sponsored Product listings, Responsive Display Banners, Email advertising, Branded Landing pages, and much more.
Retailer Relationship:
- Provide world class service to our retail partners, manage the day-to-day communication and collaboration with external brands/suppliers and internal cross-functional team members.
- Establish and communicate timelines of deliverables and creative production scope (if applicable) with suppliers and brand teams.
- Present the platform through succinct and efficient demo’s as and when required
Supporting Ongoing Client Success
- Integrate with the retailer’s internal team to become an integral part of the growth of the partnership.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews to discuss success, areas for growth and revenue opportunities.
- Create best practice guidelines, support and train in ternal teams and ensure that the retailer has all the resources required to grow.
Overall, the Client Success Director (CSD) is better understood as being adept in all areas of the retailer partnership. We empower our staff to manage all aspects of their retailer relationships, from training internal teams to understand the benefits of our platform, making recommendations including the trading and ecommerce sales divisions, through to helping support suppliers get the best out of the Citrus platform. Working closely with our CIE’s to ensure communication is shared amongst the business and targets met. The CSD is supported by the company leads in the various cross-functional departments; However, it is imperative that the CSD has the capability to action forward necessary tasks on demand and lead the account growth.
Qualifications
About you:
We are looking for a Client Success Director who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Strong retail media, ecommerce and digital knowledge
- 5+ years Previous experience within supplier/retailer sector
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Solution oriented mindset
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Has a “can-do” attitude
- Efficient time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
It would be great if you also have:
- 5+ years of Account/Client Management experience
- Digital Media experience
- Supplier Media experience
- Previous experience using the CitrusAd technology
- Negotiation Skills
