Experience with investor relations data platforms, such as FactSet, CapIQ, Sentieo, IR Insight, Irwin, etc.

We take a cross-disciplinary approach, equipping companies with the tools to convey a compelling investment thesis and respond swiftly to changes in the ever-evolving investment landscape. Our aim is to position companies for success, increasing valuation while meeting the ongoing needs of boards and investors.

By leveraging our expertise, we partner with companies to effectively communicate their value proposition, adapt to market changes, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Our Strategic Communications services encompass a range of offerings, including Strategic IR Consulting, Investor Days, M&A Communications, Financial PR, IPO Communications, Activism Defense & Preparedness, and Perception Studies.

Who You Are:

Willing to work a maximum of 30 hours per week from January through May (with the potential to extend through Summer 2024)
Must work in-person at the Chicago office during business hours (8am-5pm CT, at least once a week)
Pursuing a degree in business, economics, communications, or a related field
Must be a rising junior or senior of undergraduate studies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter and able to work independently

What You’ll Do:
