 Seeking Subject Matter Expert III candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as NCDPC.  This as a Part-Time or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Functional Area Professional - Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Procurement Assistance Support Services (PASS) (Subject Matter Expert III) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as State of North Carolina (NCDPC) | North Carolina Department of Administration – Division of Purchase & Contract (P&C) Generally Located In OCONUS - Goldsboro, NC 27530 and across the CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Subject Matter Expert III Provides senior-level technical expertise and thought leadership in complex procurement strategies and IT advisory services, supporting high-impact decision-making.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Subject Matter Expert III | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0009008] (NCDPC0009008) Candidates:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related field.
• Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive experience and possess extensive knowledge when advising on large and high complex project/programs.
• Must have the ability to analyze project requirements and develop strategic solutions and plans to meet agency’s needs.
• Able to provide highly technical and specialized guidance concerning solutions to complex problems.
• Demonstrates executive decision-making skills and judgment.
• Applies principles and methods of the subject matter to specialized solutions.
