Digital CRM Consultant

Primary Skills - Salesforce , UI and API Experience , Insurance Model Experience Preferred. 

• Experience in Salesforce programming to include custom user Interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.

• Ensure best practices and maintain code documentation, and responsible for all custom development 

• Experience in Salesforce automation tools such as Workflows, Einstein Orchestrator

• Strong experience in Salesforce Integration. 

• Uses Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization ins must. 

• Experience in Insurance module preferred.

• Collaborates with IT / Developers for other systems in order to integrate across the business. 

• Takes ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and codes. 

• Experience in DevOps tools such as Copado.

• Resolves challenging technical case support issues for internal users by understanding user requests, triaging solutions for the team, and solving problems independently.

• Creates and executes unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data
