Project Role Description : Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Business Analyst (Voice & Comms Surveillance) Years of experience: 6-13 years of experience in Banking / Voice & Comms Surveillance ( Immediate joiners required ) Location : Pan India Key responsibilities & Skills required: • Good to have Voice / Communication surveillance domain knowledge. • Experience working on communication surveillance apps like Smarsh, Nexidia,Behavox , Shield , Orchestria etc is preferred • Orchestria language / experience in eComms lexicon knowledge (more specifically Orchestria/ CA DataMinder / CADM) is good to have • Good to have experience in lexicon analysis. • Experience in creating controls around different industry wide channels like Bloomberg, Symphony, Reuters etc • Knowledge around Market abuse, Manipulations and Voice / Comms surveillance scenarios commonly used across industry will be good to have. • Prior experience on Voice and Comm surveillance application is preferred. • Interact with customers, key stakeholders and the team to obtain and document functional and non-functional needs. • Support the team to analyse business requirements and technical specifications to see how they can be developed into small testable and releasable elements. • Elicit and input into writing business requirements, user stories and epics as required using relevant techniques. • Support the feature team in creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts, identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks. • Facilitate UAT as well as supporting platform and feature teams in executing the UAT • Experience in SQL query writing • Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies with experience of working within an Agile environment15 years full time education
