Requirements
  • 3+ years Human Resources/People Operations Analyst experience required
  • Proven experience as a Workday administrator with a focus on data integrity, attention to detail, and process optimization
  • Advanced Excel experience building models to perform analytics, compare data sets, and executing system auditing to ensure data integrity
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting HR-related data with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to flex and quickly adapt to multiple high, and potentially shifting, priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong personal accountability and capacity to collaborate effectively within a developing team structure
  • Proven ability to work with confidential information while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Incredibly organized, and can attend to the details without losing sight of the whole
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Lead and ensure data continuity by accurately entering and importing data across all HR systems (Workday, Pave, etc.), identifying automation opportunities
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analytic support for all Total Rewards & People Operations programs, including detailed performance and compensation reviews, regular KPI reporting, and the development of people analytics dashboards
  • Support the analysis of compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, including benchmarking and market trend analysis
  • Assist in job evaluations and salary banding processes to maintain an effective job architecture and compensation framework
  • Efficiently address and resolve requests from employees, managers, and internal business partners related to HR Operations while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Develop and maintain detailed process maps to ensure clarity and consistency across team processes
  • Provide insights into existing HR Systems and tools to ensure alignment with business needs, including data accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize data from engagement and exit surveys to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
  • Identify trends through data and propose and implement solutions across Total Rewards & People Operations related matters and processes
  • Complete regular process documentation that captures all the information necessary to properly execute our business processes and optimization
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency with G Suite, such as Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
  • Greenhouse recruiting system, or other similar technologies a plus
  • Comfortable using a Mac
  • Experience supporting attrition calculations
  • Compensation analyst experience
