- Lead a team of TOSCA auto engineers while delivering the tasks
- Prior experience of designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks across multiple automation tools
- Hands-on experience on at least 2 automation tools among Tricentis TOSCA, AccelQ, UFT, selenium, etc.
- Should have prior experience in working on at least one ERP System such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle
- Should be familiar with some ERP business processes such as OTC, R2R, P2P etc.
- Own the automated test code quality, reliability before handing over to the client
- Experience on planning test automation, efforts estimation, test scheduling and execution
- Lead a team of automation engineers and help them troubleshoot automation issues
- Should be flexible to learn new automation tools as needed
- Lead a team of TOSCA automation engineers while delivering assigned tasks
- Participate with client on workshops for test automation scoping
- Develop automated test scripts and ensure that productivity meets the defined schedule
- Prepare and conduct necessary demos, walkthroughs with client
- Involve in pre-sales related activities such as RFPs, POCs, demos etc.
- Plan test automation, efforts estimation, test scheduling and execution
- Troubleshoot automation issues within the team and guide junior engineers
