Requirements
  • Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the insurance or benefits industry.
  • Strong network and established relationships with producers in Lockton, WTW, Alliant, Gallagher, Mercer, Marsh McLennan, or Aon.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokerage house producers to promote the Businessolver and Benefitsolver value propositions.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate producers on our services and benefits offerings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
  • Generate a robust pipeline through referrals and recommendations from brokers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and improve service offerings based on broker feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve our positioning in the marketplace.
