Responsibilities
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder interview scheduling, coordinating across time zones and portfolio companies with precision and discretion
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executives, hiring managers, and executive assistants, investing in those relationships to ensure smooth, efficient coordination across all active searches
  • Project manage the end-to-end search process, anticipating and escalating issues to ensure searches are run efficiently
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and on-site host for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a consistently exceptional, personalized experience from first touchpoint through offer
  • Manage candidate communications with professionalism, representing Roivant's brand at the highest standard
  • Act as an ambassador for Roivant's culture and values
  • Maintain meticulous candidate records and pipeline tracking in Greenhouse, ensuring real-time accuracy across all active searches
  • Proactively identify process improvements and support ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects and cross-functional initiatives as the team and portfolio continue to grow
  • Own the background check process for all new hires and contractors, including vendor management and compliance oversight
  • Draft and issue offer letters for all new hires across Roivant and its subsidiaries
  • Manage recruiting vendor contracts and invoices
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline recruiting operations, reduce manual effort, and continuously improve process efficiency across the talent acquisition function
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for early career roles including the Rotational Analyst program and intern pipeline programs across functions
  • Design and manage early career programs including the Rotational Analyst program and intern pipeline initiatives, overseeing onboarding, programming, and performance frameworks
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career services offices, and student organizations to establish Roivant as an employer of choice on campus
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align early career program objectives with business needs and organizational goals
  • Develop program curricula and structured experiences that support participant development and drive conversion from intern and Rotational Analyst to full-time hire

Immunovant prices $550M stock offering to fund IMVT-1402 Graves' disease launch

Immunovant has priced an underwritten common stock offering of 26.2 million shares at $21.00 per share, raising approximately $550 million in gross proceeds. The company expects existing cash plus the proceeds to fund operating expenses and capital expenditures through a potential commercial launch of IMVT-1402 for Graves' disease. Roivant Sciences, Immunovant's controlling stockholder, has agreed to purchase shares in the offering. Leerink Partners is acting as sole underwriter. The offering is expected to close on or about 12 December 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
