Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking
  • Support senior project managers in coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders and senior management
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project schedules
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders
  • Assist in the organization and facilitation of project meetings and workshops
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the development of project management best practices
  • Assist with feedback loop between business customer and development / project team
  • Embed appropriate success metrics throughout project cycle and into hand over to post-project support team
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support project activities
