Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for CS Group - Canada Counter-UAS offering
  • Contribute to product positioning, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
  • Track relevant market data, intelligence, and trends.
  • Capture customer needs and analyze competitive landscape to refine strategy.
  • Support pricing strategy and commercial models (direct sales, partnerships, integrators)
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships (OEMs, primes, system integrators, government stakeholders)
  • Build alliances to accelerate market access and product adoption
  • Represent CS Group – Canada in key defense and security ecosystems (Canada, NATO partners)
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Act as a subject-matter ambassador for CS Group - Canada C-UAS capabilities
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows (e.g., CANSEC, DEFSEC), and strategic forums
  • Lead end-to-end sales & business development activities including prospecting, pipeline generation, client engagement, proposal development, and contract negotiation
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across defense, homeland security, critical infrastructure, and government agencies
  • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel aligned with revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools and track sales KPIs
  • Meet business growth targets set forth by the company
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and program teams to align customer needs with solution development
  • Support bid/no-bid decisions and contribute to winning proposals and RFP responses
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technical roadmap
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Counter-UAS, radar, sensors, or electronic warfare
  • Business developing/selling experience in security, or defense, or aerospace, or mission-critical technologies
  • Existing network within defense, public safety, or critical infrastructure sectors
  • Experience working with primes (e.g., Airbus, Thales, RTX, etc.) or government agencies
  • Familiarity with export control and regulatory environments (ITAR, CGP, etc.)

Sopra Steria releases 2025 Universal Registration Document with $6.3B revenue

The document includes the Annual Financial Report, management reports, statutory auditor reports and draft resolutions for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 20 May 2026. The European technology company, which employs 51,000 people across nearly 30 countries, generated revenue of €5.6 billion in 2025. Sopra Steria specialises in consulting, digital services and solutions, helping clients drive digital transformation across various business sectors. Sopra Steria returns to growth in Q4, net profit up 18% to $336M

Sopra Steria Group reported 2025 revenue of €5.65 billion, down 2.2% year-on-year, though the company returned to organic growth of 1.8% in the fourth quarter. Net profit attributable to the Group rose 18.3% to €296.8 million, with operating margin on business activity at 9.5%. The European IT services firm saw strong performance in strategic sectors including defence, aeronautics, public sector and financial services. AI-related business surged, with the number of French clients launching AI projects rising 44% and AI consultants increasing 50%. Free cash flow reached €340.9 million, representing 6% of revenue. Net financial debt fell 35.4% to €246.7 million. The company will propose a dividend of €5.30 per share, up from €4.65 previously. For 2026, Sopra Steria targets organic revenue growth of 1% to 2% and an operating margin of at least 9.5%.
