Requirements
  • Significant experience working in B2B software industry marketing with a focus on working with partners in all aspects of engagement (Cybersecurity is a plus)
  • Understanding of cloud and technology alliance partner landscape, cloud buying models and marketplace programs (preferred)
  • Experience working with cloud & technology alliance partners to achieve success
  • Deep understanding of using market intelligence, insight, and data to formulate and develop strategies and plans
  • Expert knowledge of and experience working with the partner ecosystem and best practices in partner marketing
  • Expert budget oversight experience, including partner investment models including MDF and co-op funding programs.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and open environment and create the context and working environment for associates to deliver beyond expectations
  • Accountable for organizational alignment, planning, and budget management
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
Responsibilities
  • Be a primary interface for key internal and external stakeholders to elevate engagement with our key partners and align strategies to create globally integrated plans.
  • Develop the global partner marketing strategy that supports and aligns to the overall marketing and partner sales strategy to drive demand for Snyk solutions with and through partners
  • Lead a team of partner marketers and build a world class capability by supporting their growth and development
  • Build marketing plans and outcomes unique to our partners’ programs and ecosystem
  • Create cross-functional alignment and role clarity to improve partner marketing planning and refine KPIs, dashboards and reporting for partners to focus on business outcomes
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams ie: AMER, EMEA, corporate marketing and product marketing to ensure our partners are integrated into relevant GTM motions and plans
  • Build processes to align marketing investments including relationship management, joint demand generation, and joint thought leadership activities
  • Develop demand management and marketing programs and oversee demand generation and pipeline activities
  • Collaborate with regional partner teams to develop go-to-market plans that will align with strategic objectives and business outcomes
  • Work with globally dispersed teams - will need to accommodate out-of-hours meetings
  • Building team performance and culture in a high-growth environment
