About this role:
Cyngn’s business development team works cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and executives to find, scope, and execute new opportunities for our autonomous vehicle solutions. We are looking for entrepreneurial people who value moving quickly while shaping strategy and creating fruitful customer and partner relationships to drive revenues.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and build strategic relationships with partners and customers.
- Craft, negotiate, and oversee delivery on partner and customer contracts by working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Build pricing and collaboration models to support negotiations and drive partner engagement strategy.
- Develop and propose go-to-market strategies, build financial models, and identify and develop expansion opportunities.
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide expert input on Cyngn’s strategic positioning.
Qualifications
- Have 7+ years of BD or similar experience, with experience in relevant technologies like AI/robotics, mobility, IoT, semiconductors, sensors, etc.
- Be a self-starter and a leader.
- Be able to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear plans that yield success.
- Be detail-oriented and a strong communicator.
- Be super organized.
- Have demonstrable big “wins” from prior roles, especially in B2B technology.
Salary Range
- $150,000 to $190,000 base salary (highly experienced)
