Summary:

The Solution Architect - Functional will ensure the robustness, scalability, standardization, and efficiency of digital tech solutions. This role involves designing and implementing architectures that meet business needs while aligning with enterprise standards. The architect will define business capabilities and design solutions for various business functions.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement architecture solutions that align with enterprise standards and meet business needs.
Define or design business capabilities, value streams, processes, functions, and organizational structures to inform technology strategy.
Own and craft high-level solution architecture documentation for applications in accordance with Enterprise Architecture processes and standards.
Gather requirements and translate them into detailed architectural designs, aligning strategies with organizational goals.
Support the implementation and deployment of solutions, providing guidance to development and operations teams.
Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance business function capabilities.
Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards in solution design.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Tech and business teams to ensure solutions align with organizational goals and technical standards.

Required Skills:

Education degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Relevant work experience in Solution Architecture, Digital Tech Design, or Technical Consulting.
Expert in designing IT solution architecture for business needs within functional areas like finance, HR, procurement, communication, general counsel, and sales & marketing.
Deep knowledge of enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, or HRMS, and their integration into organizational workflows.
Expertise in aligning functional solutions with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Experience in evaluating and planning the use of emerging technologies like AI and automation.
Advanced proficiency in translating business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps.
Proficient in leveraging integration tools and middleware technologies.
Basic familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards like GDPR or SOX.
Experience with LeanIX is a plus.
