Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must hold an active Public Trust or higher Federal security clearance.
  • Have a high school diploma and one (1) year of records management experience.
  • Be experienced with at least one automated information system and/or records or docket management.
  • Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Have proficiency in using technology, specifically with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Administering/processing paper records management systems to include data entry, scanning, indexing, records maintenance, filing, and transfers.
  • Assisting with electronic records management projects as directed by the Project Manager or Records Management Analyst 3
  • Assisting with conducting paper records file inventories.
  • Reporting technical problems to either Project Manager or Records Management Analyst 3.
  • Processing records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Supporting the development of response inquiries, collection maintenance and retrieval tasks, metadata review, and input using automated information systems.
