Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Deal Management, Commercial Operations, Finance, Pricing, Sales Strategy, or a related business function.
  • Strong financial modeling, pricing analysis, business case development, and commercial problem-solving skills.
  • Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support complex commercial opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and artificial-intelligence-enabled productivity tools.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement, maintain strong attention to detail, challenge the status quo, and execute effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and geographies.
  • A team-oriented approach focused on accountability, business impact, and shared success.
Responsibilities
  • Support Value-Added Services sales opportunities across the CEMEA region by providing pricing, financial analysis, and commercial deal support for issuers, acquirers, payment facilitators, merchants, and other partners.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Pricing, Product, Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Legal, to develop competitive commercial proposals and accelerate deal execution.
  • Build financial deal models, pricing analyses, and business cases to support deal structuring, negotiations, and management approvals.
  • Coordinate deal reviews and approvals in accordance with Value-Added Services governance policies and processes.
  • Analyze commercial opportunities and recommend pricing and deal-structure options that balance client needs with business objectives.
  • Support the preparation of customer-facing business cases, pricing proposals, and internal approval materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve deal processes, governance, reporting, and seller enablement through increased clarity, automation, and artificial-intelligence-enabled solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deal playbooks, best practices, and knowledge repositories to promote consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with global and regional Deal Management teams to share insights, support strategic initiatives, and improve commercial outcomes.
