  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience, or of product-minded engineering experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Compute products (CPU, GPU, ASIC accelerators) and how customers consume them.
  • Understanding of key hypervisors and virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V) and how they enable cloud computing.
  • Proactive and self-directed: must be able to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
  • Understand and empathize with our customers and gather their feedback.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and broader market analysis into concrete product features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Infrastructure engineering, Cloud Software Engineering, SRE, finance, and the executive team to define detailed product specifications and execution timelines.
  • Distill complex technical details into executive facing narratives, presentations and decision docs.
  • Create product documentation, support customers through various channels, and partner with marketing on defining cloud product messaging.
