- Balance the resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Foster an environment that promotes accountability, innovation, and high-performance.
- Hold regular 1:1 meetings with team members, offering constructive feedback, addressing issues, and discussing career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering and other stakeholders to align software development with company objectives and strategies.
