  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • 5+ years of proven success selling into Federal government agencies
  • Detail oriented, demonstrated strong organizational skills, and the demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate via all available channels.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing account strategies to acquire new business in the Federal Civilian Market.
  • Collaborating with Prospects, Partners, and Internal Business Owners to include Channel, Marketing, Solution Architecture, and Capture.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of government procurement procedures and guidelines to ensure that the organization's sales initiatives are fully compliant.
  • Regularly reviewing pipeline opportunities and providing updates in Salesforce.
  • Informing prospects of product/service to help them meet their strategic objectives.
  • Working individually and within a team to develop acquisition plans and execute successfully.
  • Providing accurate monthly forecasting in conjunction with input from business development.
  • Maintaining a proficient understanding and knowledge of our solutions.
  • Leading demonstrations, presentations, and explanations of solutions in conjunction with the technical team.
  • Attending industry conferences and events and representing our company as a thought leader.
