Requirements
  • A minimum Bac +3/4 qualification in a generalist field or equivalent is required.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure application of the HSM (Happy Student Maker) program within Paris School of Business and help implement and monitor student satisfaction surveys.
  • Participate in analyzing survey responses and propose action plans.
  • Supervise team members by organizing the service, distributing assignments, scheduling work, and holding meetings to improve service performance.
  • Supervise and manage Paris School of Business student associations in collaboration with the associations manager.
  • Monitor the associations budget, their activities, and partner contracts.
  • Participate in organizing major Paris School of Business events, including integration days, open days, and graduation ceremonies.
  • Manage accommodation requests for students with disabilities and high-level athletes in accordance with Galileo Global Education and Paris School of Business procedures.
  • Serve as the primary contact for reports of sexist and sexual violence, including harassment, and ensure compliance with established protocols.
  • Manage CROUS and Paris School of Business scholarship applications, participate in relevant committees, and propose ways to provide financial assistance to students.
  • Oversee the psychological support program, including scheduling, communications, the relationship with the psychologist, and reporting.
  • Supervise student experience officer activities for international students, including Welcome Day, the buddy program, housing, and occasional assistance.
  • Manage follow-up for the Campus France label.
  • Pilot the service budget.
  • Report to management.
  • Handle requests from the various services.
  • Monitor the digital Hub, the relationship platform for students.
