- A bachelor's degree in film, media, business administration, translation, linguistics, or a related field is required.
- At least one year of experience in translation, localization, digital media, or production/post-production project management is required.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- The candidate must have advanced business writing skills and excellent grammar and punctuation.
- The candidate must be comfortable leading production calls, taking accurate minutes, and tracking action items.
- The candidate must have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- The candidate must understand data, file, and media asset management systems.
- The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and respectfully in a cross-cultural business setting.
- The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision and take ownership.
- Perform order and task entries in different systems based on client requests.
- Coordinate information and assets from different teams.
- Work with Senior Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and colleagues to eliminate blockers.
- Produce project status and deliverable reports, focusing on At Risk and Overdue queues as assigned.
- Create, research, collect, and source archival material from company or client systems, and stage assets on production servers according to standard operating procedures.
- Participate in regular production calls with the team and across departments.
- Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, Coordinators, Department Leads, and Clients.
- Partner with supervisors to champion customer service excellence and delivery standards.
- Lead or participate in training or documentation initiatives as assigned.
- Implement training, quality control, and capacity-building activities as assigned.
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and workflow improvement.
- Develop training materials or programs and coach others when assigned.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to Project Coordinators within the area of responsibility.
- Assist with new-hire training and shadowing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of another language is highly desired.
- Experience with translation/localization workflows and management systems and tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of professional subtitling software, dubbing tools, or audio/video editing software is preferred.
