Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement in assessing and determining how to handle queries, calls and issues
  • Develop strong working relationships with others across the Firm
  • Ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail; can keep track of multiple projects and work through abstract issues in an organized and efficient manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to anticipate work, multi-task, and prioritize assignments
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards
  • Excellent communication and ability to interact with people of all levels in a confident and professional manner
Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and conference calls, make appointments, book conference rooms, organize meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Create and process expense reports
  • Manage phone coverage for team and set up conference calls as needed
  • Perform personal assistant functions (scheduling, reservations, etc.) if required
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and assist with special projects as assigned
