We are looking for markets enthusiasts who enjoy technology and finance. You should be a highly motivated individual who thinks analytically about markets and can use quantitative techniques to generate insight.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with machine learning researchers, trading staff, and engineers. You will gain exposure to the full “finance stack," learning about a broad range of areas including the mechanics of institutional trading, market execution dynamics, and more.
We are open to accepting interns who can start in summer of 2023.
Responsibilities
- Shadow trading desks across multiple regions and asset classes
- Learn foundational tools like a Bloomberg Terminal
- Projects building analytics or automation to support the trading desk
Requirements
- Availability to work a full-time internship during the summer of 2023
- Expected to graduate in 2024
- Hands-on experience writing code: You have built something significant. You understand how to write modular, maintainable, well-organized, and thoughtfully structured code.
- Experience using Linux and analytics libraries in Python or R.
- A passion for financial markets.
The base salary for this position is $80,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
