POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to start their career in IT Support/System Administration. The selected candidates will provide day-to-day technical support, assist in managing IT systems, and ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

You Will (Job Responsibilities)

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.
Assist in user account setup, password resets, and access management.
Monitor system performance and escalate issues to senior team members where necessary.
Support IT team in maintaining servers, network devices, and security protocols.
Track and document IT support requests in the ticketing system.
Assist in routine maintenance activities such as backups, updates, and patching.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, data security, and compliance standards.

You Have (Requirements):

0–1-year experience with Diploma / bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Familiarity with MS Office tools and productivity software.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
A willingness to work in shifts if required.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Knowledge of system administration tools or IT helpdesk software.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Any certification such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation, CCNA (beginner level) will be an added advantage.
