  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a strong academic record and at least 1 year of HR experience.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, Ultimate Software, PeopleSoft, or Greenhouse.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires globally, including conducting US first-day orientation and ensuring a positive initial experience on behalf of the company.
  • Partner with the global people operations team to continuously improve the employee onboarding journey.
  • Manage the onboarding lifecycle in Workday, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed to maintain data accuracy.
  • Conduct HR data audits, respond to general HR inquiries, and validate employee data within Workday.
  • Manage organizational changes in Workday, such as transfers and promotions, creating new organizations and job profiles when applicable.
  • Assist with US payroll processes, including audit and reporting requirements, and serve as a trained back-up for the US Payroll administrator.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, COBRA, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Update regional employee handbooks on the Company Intranet (Confluence) as policies evolve.
  • Research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Protect company information by maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.
