Responsibilities
  • Advancing the Air Force Mission: Establishing and nurturing customer relationships that are key to evolving MetroStar's support of critical Air Force initiatives and objectives.
  • Strategic Engagement: Meeting with Air Force leadership, program management teams, and acquisition officials within key PEO areas to ensure MetroStar is aligned with the right priorities and to contribute to the service's readiness and modernization efforts.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identifying, qualifying, and supporting the capture of new business opportunities within the Air Force, maintaining a robust sales pipeline to contribute to the Air Force's mission success and broader national security objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the Air Force Growth Lead and delivery team to develop and implement account plans, new business pipelines, and client call plans that strategically support the Air Force's mission and long-term goals.
  • Technical Understanding: Developing a deep understanding of MetroStar's capabilities, technology, and business objectives to design and execute effective growth strategies and client engagements that advance the Air Force's mission and enhance national defense capabilities.
  • Industry Collaboration: Facilitating teaming opportunities with other industry partners to foster collaboration and innovation in support of Air Force initiatives and to ensure MetroStar remains at the forefront of providing cutting-edge solutions to the Air Force.
  • Community Engagement: Participating in Department of the Air Force industry events to network and showcase MetroStar's offerings and commitment to supporting the Air Force's mission success and the security of the nation.
