  • Minimum 7+ years progressive experience developing, writing and editing sales and marketing content for technical products and services
  • Software or health care industry (digital health/care delivery/large employer/consultant-led RFP) experience preferred
  • Ability to interview technical and clinical experts to capture key information; to understand, use and explain (including via the written word) complex product information and processes
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of the sales process & business-to-business marketing
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Prefer knowledge of Salesforce.com, Loopio or similar RFP software solution
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables and changing priorities; ability to multi-task and work under tight schedules
  • Experience developing, writing and editing prospective/active client facing presentations, proposals and materials
  • Excellent writing, editing and analytical skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, management and organizational skills
  • Effective time management and ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven, selling and publishing environment with shifting priorities
