Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in transportation and/or operations is preferred.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and service providers is required.
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and dynamically solve problems is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support transportation services using effective industry skills and abilities.
  • Provide customer service while identifying and escalating daily challenges or service deficiencies.
  • Assist with daily account service and recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation providers.
  • Manage and oversee Field Operations, including new client start-ups, client retention and development, and growth of existing accounts.
  • Continuously improve the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the transportation system.
  • Liaise between EverDriven and clients while providing guidance, direction, and feedback.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and the non-riding public by managing regulatory and client policies and procedures.
  • Monitor local transportation performance against the terms, conditions, and specifications of client and provider contracts.
  • Develop and maintain communication channels with project contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Coordinate with EverDriven departments to maintain documentation on provider information, operations, maintenance, and safety inspections.
  • Understand and follow safety rules established by regulatory bodies and client contracts.
  • Access and modify electronic Protected Health Information in compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act requirements when required by normal business operations.

  • Fluency in Spanish.
