Paralegal

Position Overview:
Rumble is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Legal Department. This key role provides vital support to our legal team in managing contracts, insurance renewals, law enforcement requests and general compliance-related matters. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in legal or contract support and a proactive, organized approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the contracts file, including in relation to auto-renewals
• Coordinate the contract execution process, including obtaining signatures
• Maintain and manage the company’s contract database, including filing
• Manage insurance policy renewals
• Review and respond to law enforcement requests in strict compliance with the Stored Communications Act
• Conduct business relation sanctions screening and other “KYC”-related activities
• Review and respond to privacy notices and other general user requests
• Support various legal projects and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or a degree/certificate in a related field (e.g., contract management)
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in an in-house legal department or corporate legal setting

Annual Compensation Range: $96,000-$118,000 USD base + benefits + equity
