A senior individual contributor that has in-depth experience developing, writing and debugging code - Unity/C#.
Designs, develops, writes, tests and implements code.
Writes clear, maintainable, portable code.
Typically has 5 to 8 years of progressively complex related experience.
Writes documentation for other programmers’ use.
Anticipates, identifies and articulates problem areas and develops preventative solutions.
Has a clear vision of how software products should function and the ability to lead peers to share this vision.
Carries out assigned activities of unit / team / projects.
Supports attainment of several short- and mid-term objectives of assigned unit / team / projects.
Solves complex problems in resourceful and effective ways.
Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to share complex information related to area of expertise.
Receives work in the form of short- and mid-term assignments that often require the use of independent judgment outside of established procedures.
Participates in determining approaches and in developing new or enhanced technical tools.
Mentors less experienced members of the team.
Work is subject to regular supervisory review at defined milestones.
