Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Remain available within an assigned service area and travel to vehicles requiring assistance.
  • Operate a company-provided conventional vehicle for approximately six to eight hours per shift, typically alongside another team member.
  • Safely approach vehicles stopped on public roads and establish an appropriate working area.
  • Perform initial inspections and basic troubleshooting using established procedures.
  • Determine the appropriate resolution for each vehicle incident.
  • Return vehicles to active service when appropriate.
  • Move vehicles to designated facilities when appropriate.
  • Arrange professional recovery or towing support when required.
  • Assist with closing vehicle doors, luggage compartments, or other access points when required.
  • Provide basic charging assistance for vehicles with insufficient battery levels.
  • Perform minor exterior cleaning that can be completed safely with limited equipment.
  • Retrieve time-sensitive personal belongings left inside vehicles and deliver them to an approved collection location.
  • In exceptional safety-related situations, assist passengers in reaching a safe or designated destination.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact during vehicle-related incidents.
  • Communicate with operations teams, dispatch personnel, passengers, road users, emergency responders, and public authorities when necessary.
  • Document vehicle and surrounding-area conditions through photographs, written notes, and operational reports.
  • Escalate complex technical, safety, or customer-related issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Follow all internal safety procedures and local traffic regulations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Further education in a technical, operational, communications, or customer-focused discipline is advantageous.
