Trove helps brands launch and manage their own resale programs in the growing second-hand market. It provides a branded, composable storefront that plugs into a brand’s existing sales channels, enabling customers to buy new items or trade in used gear. Trove’s software uses computer vision and machine learning to identify items, set prices, and relist them to maximize value, making sure items resell quickly. The platform also supports trade-ins with store credit, encouraging repeat purchases and loyalty. Unlike generic marketplaces, Trove targets brand ecosystems with a seamless customer journey across channels. Its goal is to expand the resale market for brands, increase customer lifetime value, and attract new customers by offering a trusted, branded used-goods option, with real-world adoption by brands like Arc’teryx, Patagonia, and lululemon.
