Position Overview:
The Investment Communications Team (ICT) serves as the primary contact for investment teams, offering comprehensive support for their marketing materials and communication needs. ICT members leverage their specialized platform knowledge to deliver high-quality marketing materials and enhance global reach. The team acts as a central hub, partnering with various stakeholders such as portfolio managers, product specialists, compliance, marketing, client coverage, and client reporting & analytics teams to deliver a diverse set of high-quality, compelling materials that accurately represent our investment teams, products, and the firm.
We are looking for an experienced team member to join our New York, who will continually seek out opportunities to improve content quality and build efficient processes. The successful candidate will develop a relationship with the investment teams ensuring that all marketing materials are updated on a timely basis. The person will work closely with investment teams on presentations for client opportunities and coordinate the content creation process.
In this role you will be the sub-asset class expert acting as the primary point of contact for the investment team within Marketing. You will be accountable for the timely update of a diverse set of marketing materials including pitchbooks, commentaries, flyers, profiles, brochures, factsheets, webinars, websites by coordinating the process with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Equity / Alternatives Marketing Materials
Serve as the primary liaison for investment teams regarding their strategy-specific marketing materials
Manage a high volume of marketing materials, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and updating as required by the firm
Coordinate the compliance review of materials
Communicate changes within the covered sub-asset class to the relevant teams
Ensure alignment between product webpages and pitchbooks
Understanding of the financial data and narratives within marketing materials
Cultivate and manage valuable relationships with internal teams: Investment Teams, Client Reporting, Compliance, Marketing, and Client Coverage
Coordinate content updates with team members across different time zones
Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s product offerings and investment capabilities across multiple regions
Create content for existing investment strategies
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field with a strong financial background
7+ years industry experience; previous experience on an Investment Communications, Client Reporting, or RFP role at an asset management firm preferred
Experience with strategies across multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income and Alternatives
Strong Microsoft Office skills required
Knowledge of Seismic preferred
Experience with Workfront and/or Monday.com a plus

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $100,000-$125,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
