Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of sports betting products and promotions
  • Proven experience in a Sportsbook and/or Casino environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Manual Promotional fulfilment across all brands
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to assist with customer queries in relation to promotions
  • Ensure customer-facing teams have all relevant promotional information ready and available
  • Identify and resolve issues with active promotions
  • Test and provide quality assessment of upcoming promotions
  • Review and optimize customer journeys for all promotions
  • Communicate with customers when manually fulfilling promotions
  • Assist in building and optimizing lifecycle promotions
  • Assist in optimizing promotional plans
  • Create automated promotions
  • Provide reports on issues and feedback regarding promotional activity
  • Manage the content of the promotions page
  • Review on-site visibility of promotions
  • Act as a key stakeholder in all promotional product decisions
