  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with multiple ticketing systems

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to Directors and their Account Management teams
  • Collaborate with high-profile clients and internal departments to ensure client needs are met
  • Provide reports on high-profile client milestones and activities
  • Review account metrics and forecast to develop an annual budget
  • Manage business terms outlined in client contracts
  • Drive business development initiatives and plans for AXS products and services
  • Oversee client expectations of product deliverables, timelines, and features
  • Maintain knowledge of technology and product trends
  • Coach, manage, and lead members of the Account Management team
  • Provide on-site support for high-profile on-sale and events
  • Collaborate on any relevant duties and requests from leadership
  • Contribute to the organization's overall success and growth
  • Work with VP Account Management to set and communicate team goals
  • Develop knowledge, products, services, and tools to further the mission and purposes of AXS clients
