Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and inspire a team of 10-15 Services Inside Sales Associates to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Set performance goals, track KPIs, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure consistent achievement of team objectives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching, conduct regular performance reviews, and create personalized development plans to help SDRs grow professionally and hit their goals.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to align SDR activities with the broader sales strategy and company goals. Ensure the team is effectively executing sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver regular training sessions on sales techniques, objection handling, prospecting methods, and Blue Yonder’s Services offerings to enhance the skills and performance of the SDR team.
  • Oversee the SDR team’s efforts in generating qualified leads, driving outreach, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies, adjust to market trends, and implement best practices across the SDR team.
  • Regularly report on team performance, pipeline progress, and key metrics to senior leadership, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and results-driven team environment. Encourage continuous learning, innovation, and accountability within the SDR team.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new SDRs to ensure we build a talented, high-performing team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or coaching role.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and familiarity with the use of AI in sales operations.
  • Prior experience leading SDR teams in the SaaS or technology industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in supply chain software or related industries is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
