Responsibilities
  • Source new Specialty Finance Lending facilities through direct marketing, targeted prospects, existing channels, and transactions with established specialty finance lenders.
  • Manage the Specialty Finance Lending process, including sourcing, structuring, pricing, proposal development and negotiation, due diligence, underwriting, documentation, closing, and ongoing facility management, including remedial management or workouts when required.
  • Take a lead role in executing the full suite of process requirements and mentor or train junior sales personnel.
  • Assist with all aspects of syndication of Specialty Finance Lending facilities.
  • Develop new syndication partners through industry networking, research, and general market knowledge.
  • Develop and penetrate new markets by researching market and product channels and preparing position papers or white papers on expansion opportunities, structures, risks and rewards, and competition.
  • Present expansion opportunities to local senior management, parent company senior management, and internal and external audiences when required.
  • Develop working knowledge of Key's products and services and relationships with product partners to introduce and close cross-sell opportunities with Specialty Finance Lending clients.
  • Grow the portfolio responsibly by achieving asset-under-management growth, facility-fee, and syndication-fee targets while maintaining appropriate portfolio risk tolerances.
  • Maintain account relationships and maximize revenue from existing facilities through additional new and renewed commitments and transaction, closing, waiver, amendment, syndication, and other fee opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow industry, product, structure, client, and investor knowledge, including by attending relevant industry conferences.
  • Comply with KeyBank policies and procedures, conduct business ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and act in the best interests of Key's clients and Key.

  • Experience with a wide range of Key's products and services and cross-sell opportunities is desirable.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. The new facility extends the maturity to 2031 and features improved terms, including lower interest rates and an expanded accordion feature increased from $75 million to $100 million. The facility will be used to fund acquisitions, capital expenditures, and potentially share buybacks. Borrowings accrue interest at SOFR plus 137.5 to 212.5 basis points, reduced from previous pricing. KeyCorp reported second quarter 2026 net income of $472 million, or $0.44 per diluted common share, up 26% year-over-year. Revenue reached $1.96 billion, increasing 7% from the prior year. Net interest income rose 9% year-over-year and 2% sequentially, with net interest margin expanding to 2.89%. Period-end loans grew $1.2 billion sequentially, driven by a $2.1 billion increase in commercial and industrial loans. The company repurchased $341 million of common shares during the quarter. Net charge-offs stood at 42 basis points, whilst the Common Equity Tier 1 ratio reached 11.2%.
