Requirements
  • A four-year engineering degree or applicable work experience is required.
  • Experience with factory automation and/or manufacturing is required.
  • Familiarity with mechanical systems, sensors, robots, motion control, pneumatics, hydraulics, and/or vision systems is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with a team is required.
  • A high level of integrity with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 10–15% is required.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate project activities from design through installation.
  • Lead project planning and provide direction and support to project teams.
  • Serve as a key customer contact throughout the project.
  • Lead teams in resolving complex technical and project challenges.
  • Coordinate solutions across mechanical, electrical, controls, and other disciplines.
  • Manage project priorities, timelines, and customer expectations.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to keep projects moving.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with and knowledge of secondary packaging systems is preferred.
