Requirements
- Proficiency in Key Technologies: Demonstrated experience with our tech stack, including platforms such as Shopify, Recharge, and Klaviyo, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and Javascript programming languages
- Database & SQL Expertise: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Postgres and Snowflake databases, ensuring smooth data management and optimization for our e-commerce platform
- ETL & Reporting Skills: Familiarity with Stitch/Fivetran for ETL processes and Looker for reporting, aiding in efficient data integration and insightful analytics
- A/B Testing Experience: Comfortability with setting up and running A/B tests using VWO or similar tools to optimize our user experience and drive conversions
- UI/UX Development: Ability to work with Figma and adeptness in converting designs into functional, responsive UX to ensure a seamless user interface
- Experience Integrating APIs: Experience working with external APIs and a creative, out-of-the-box thinking approach to integrate diverse functionalities and enhance our platform
- CMS Familiarity & Integration: Experience with content management systems such as Prismic or Contentful and the ability to seamlessly integrate them into websites and apps to manage and optimize digital content effectively
- Leadership Qualities: Proven experience leading other engineers, fostering collaboration, and guiding the team toward achieving project goals
- Adaptability & Collaboration: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting to changes and contributing to the team's success
