Required Education and/or Experience
·Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or

Work Environment
Position is an indoor office and warehouse setting with moderate noise levels including voices, office equipment, and foot traffic sounds. Employee may interact with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments.

Job Summary
Provide management and direction for the Engineering functions. designing and developing systems for manufacturing operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
·Analyze plant processes, design and implement improvements.
·Troubleshooting issues with hardware and processes.
·Plan preventative maintenance.
·Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
·Maintain quality and safety standards are upheld.
·Performing and documenting control system testing
·Reviewing reports and test results
·Designing and developing components
·Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
·Maintaining quality and safety standards
·Troubleshooting issues with controls systems
·Performing and maintaining an inventory of all control systems
·Creating equipment and systems that help a machine run smoothly.
·Repairing any malfunctions found within the machines.
·Collaborating with design engineers to build better functioning machines and systems.
·Using listening skills to apply updates according to customers’ needs.
·Following safety regulations to ensure customers are safe when using the products.
·Troubleshooting to find and solve issues for a specific system.
