Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking support, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns, identifying the root cause, and selecting the best course of action to resolve the issue.
  • Provide technical assistance to users of our learning software, including guidance during both pre- and post-deployment stages.
  • Collaborate with customers to support the implementation and adoption of our software solutions, ensuring seamless integration into their workflows.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of methods and procedures for incorporating synchronous communication technologies (e.g., video conferencing, Voice over IP, chat) into customers' processes.
