Requirements
  • 2+ years professional work experience in HR, non-profit or event planning
  • General understanding of the fundamentals of employee engagement, recognition and company culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), experience with Google Suite a plus
  • Capability maintaining an expense budget as well as creating regular data reports
  • Natural passion for employee experience and company culture
  • Strong judgment and confidentiality mindset
  • Effective communicator and presenter who has an ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong organization skills with ability to balance and prioritize competing responsibilities; ability to work independently as part of a small high impact team
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required (to include evenings and weekends, as needed)
Responsibilities
  • Drive and coordinate initiatives to promote and deepen employee connection to our company mission, vision, and values
  • Support employee ideation processes, inclusive of all employees that ensures our culture is a product of our people's ideas and needs
  • Manage global new hire experience program, including program development, communication, coordination & facilitation of new hire orientation
  • Support our global employee experience programs, including engagement survey process, and local and global culture committees
  • Ideate and execute initiatives and events that support our flexible work arrangement strategy that includes both hybrid and remote employees
  • Capture and create workforce insights that could include employee experience surveys to identify trends and report progress
  • Coordinate local (onsite & offsite) and global virtual employee events (includes RFP, vendor management, site selection, event theme, pre-coordination, promotion, registration, budget management and event execution)
  • Complete post-event tasks including reconciliation of expenses, evaluation of event, and report out on event results; recommend improvements for future events
  • Maintain budget for cultural employee events and philanthropy
  • Coordinate and support communication channels (webpages, email lists and calendars)
  • Source opportunities to further deepen our dedication to our community with local non-profits
  • Model empathy and respect as a trusted resource and partner in shaping our company culture
