Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work on complex projects, participate in user and system requirements to assess testing impacts to various service tools
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand technology as it relates to the business
  • Experience in providing accurate, timely & responsive services on complex problems
  • Ability to work independently yet, establish and maintain strong relationships within the department and across the business functions
  • Self-Starter, self motivated and highly organized
  • Experience interacting effectively with business partners and key stakeholders with ability to escalate issues when necessary
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Access, SharePoint, Mainframe and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Responsibilities
  • Manages and resolves a variety of mid-level to complex problems for the business requirements and technology.
  • Support projects in identifying routine business requirements, project and process specifications within identified team.
  • Provide input and guide the business unit to determine the best solutions and system requirements for their specific needs.
  • Ability to provide accurate, timely & responsive services to the business unit.
  • Create test applications, as well as trouble shoot and resolve routine problems for the business unit as it relates to business requirements and technology.
  • Complete user acceptance testing for various service-related tools, developing test and execution plans.
  • Support small to medium scale projects
