Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as an architect.
  • Proven expertise with Kubernetes (K8s), including deployment, scaling, and management in production environments.
  • Consultancy or advisory experience is essential, including managing client relationships and acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, particularly EKS, Docker, and other container orchestration platforms.
  • Ability to communicate technical objectives and solutions clearly to clients while establishing and cultivating a professional relationship.
  • Strong knowledge of Serverless Frameworks, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, CloudFront, and Lambda.
  • Experience implementing IaC in AWS (Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK).
  • Advanced hands-on DevOps automation and scripting expertise, preferably with JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment and the ability to be cross-functional.
  • Natural curiosity and excitement for learning new technology.
Responsibilities
  • Work daily on code and problem solve in code (not tickets): 65% hands-on, 35% architecture/R&D/meetings.
  • Engage in a highly collaborative team environment, leveraging your Kubernetes expertise to architect scalable, secure, and resilient solutions.
  • Lead client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to guide strategic cloud architecture decisions and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Design, develop, and integrate complex DevOps pipelines, including build automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), security, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Build enterprise technology solutions in DevOps, Cloud (containerized environments), API and Container Management, performance, and stability using Agile methodology.
  • Develop long-range plans with customers to adopt cloud-native and Kubernetes best practices.
  • Ensure high quality of project delivery.
