As a Merchant Success Operations Manager, you will be directly responsible for driving success for a handful of top-tier Enterprise brands on the platform. You will also be responsible for strategic initiatives that scale across the US & Canada, allowing you to own first-of-its-kind projects to move us forward in the competitive GR space.
You will succeed in this role if: you produce your best results in a team environment; you possess an insatiable appetite to learn continuously; you value ideas over hierarchy; customer obsession runs in your DNA.
