The AI Growth/Operations Staff plays a crucial role in fostering AI adoption within their assigned business unit. Working directly under the AI Operations/Growth team Council Leader, this role focuses on capturing innovative ideas from users, testing and vetting these ideas for potential AI applications, and assisting in the implementation of AI pilot projects. They are the first point of contact to answer questions, experiment, and create new solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience with AI in a dynamic business environment.
Job Responsibilities
Idea Collection and User Engagement: Proactively engage with business unit members to solicit ideas for AI applications. Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to understand user needs, challenges, and potential areas where AI can provide value.
Idea Evaluation and Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of user-submitted ideas for AI implementation. Consider factors such as technical viability, data availability, alignment with business goals, and ethical considerations.
AI Tool Research and Exploration: Research and explore wide range of AI tools and technologies that could address the identified use cases. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in A, particularly those relevant to the business unit’s domain.
Proof-of-Concept Development: Develop and test proof-of-concept AI solutions for promising use cases. This involves the experimenting with different AI tools, prototyping solutions, and evaluating their effectiveness. Intake new ideas and spend time developing out early versions of it on behalf of submitters, speeding up the process.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Documents and findings from idea evaluation, toll exploration, and pilot projects. Share these insights with the AI BU Council Leader and contribute to the business unit’s AI knowledge base.
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business with an emphasis in accounting
Demonstrated interest and passion for artificial intelligence (AI).
Basic understanding of AI concepts and common AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Final graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025 strongly preferred
