Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in sales, account management, project management, technology solutions management, or a related client-focused professional industry, or a proven track record of success in a current internal Automotive Retail role for at least 1 year.
  • Technically proficient understanding of Automotive Retail vendors, including dealer management systems, customer relationship management systems, trade-in tools, and digital retailing tools, with the ability to explain technical tasks and issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to acquire Automotive Retail vendor and software knowledge through company and original equipment manufacturer training.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with clients and internal teams while meeting business objectives, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient understanding of project organization, time management, and project management methods.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Create customized implementation solutions based on Automotive Retail Dealer business systems and processes.
  • Develop communication plans between Dealer clients, the Entrega Digital Retail Manager, internal personnel, and original equipment manufacturer stakeholders.
  • Manage implementation timelines and execute key implementation steps to support software utilization and performance after launch.
  • Build an expert understanding of each client’s systems, processes, and goals to customize original equipment manufacturer proprietary software.
  • Drive client engagement and software utilization through best-practice training and by highlighting software features and benefits.
  • Hold implementation teams accountable to the tailored implementation process, ensure milestones are attained, and escalate blockers to implementation success.
  • Own pivotal software implementation items requiring advanced understanding of Dealers’ native systems and unique configurations.
  • Address Dealer questions and issues through software application knowledge, independent research and investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Continue learning the software application, dealership inventory data processes, and third-party vendor functionality.
  • Analyze software performance data and develop strategies for continued improvement of the consumer and Dealer experience.
  • Use consumer engagement data, digital marketing analytics, and technical and website audit data to support software utilization and performance.
  • Ensure assigned Dealers meet their determined utilization targets.
  • Gather and compile implementation data and insights across the assigned Dealer network.
  • Coordinate with off-site team members to provide the Project Delivery team with accurate progress assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery team on client deliverables and provide recommendations to meet original equipment manufacturer client demands.
  • Perform other tasks and duties required to support organizational success.
